- Initial Meeting - We arrange a convenient time to visit you, at your home or office, to discuss your needs, and the appropriate loan(s) in detail. We explain the loan(s) to you in a simple, easy to understand language.
- Loan Application - We complete all the paperwork and appropriate forms, and gather the necessary supporting documentation from you, that the lender will require, in order to process your application.
- Submitting the Application - We submit the application to the lender, on your behalf.
- Follow up - We track the progress of your application all the way to settlement (liasing directly with the lender) and advising you of your application's progress, at each stage of the process.
- Government Grants - We will discuss your eligibility to receive any Government grants, and if you are eligible, we will complete the paperwork with you.
